Terms & Conditions

1. Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. We will include a detailed description of every item for the buyers to refer.


2. The validity of the purchase order is 2 weeks after a confirmation email had been sent to the buyer. Buyer will need to bank in the amount stated WITHIN 2 WEEKS or else the purchase order will be expired and the items will be released for other buyers.


3. Due to setting of the monitor, color might be slightly different with the picture posted, therefore, we will state the actual color of the item.


4. Buyer may request for appointed delivery date. Just simply indicated the date you wish your goods to be delivered.


5. We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.


6. All items will be delivered only after payment received. Customer needs to reply through email on the transaction date and amount of the payment.


7. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself.


8. All information provided to us will be kept confidential.


9. We reserve the right to make changes on our site, policies and the terms & conditions at any point of time.
